PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover
credit cards, checks, faxed checks and
money orders.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All Performance Brakes offers UPS ground and 1-2 day shipping for
our customers. All orders that are shipped UPS ground to the 48 Continental
United States are free. All merchandise MUST be inspected
upon delivery to assure satisfaction and we must be notified within
24 hours if there is a problem.
RETURN POLICY:
To return parts you need to email: shipping@allperformancebrakes.com
your Name, Order Number, Email Address, the part you want to return
and a detailed reason. You will receive a return authorization
number in 3-4 business days with instructions.
Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may
return:
- A Part in its original condition. The item cannot be disassembled
or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for
installation errors.
- All Electrical Items are EXCLUDED and cannot be returned.
- Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to
a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Special-order products
are not returnable.
- No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization
number.
- After we receive your return it may take 3-4 weeks for you to
receive the credit and to show up on your credit card statement.
We have a 21-DAY RETURN POLICY. All freight must
be pre-paid by the customer. No parts can be returned without a copy
of the invoice.
